These stereoview cards offer a window into 19th-century landscapes and monuments, showcasing the artistry of the Kilburn Brothers. A unique collectible for photography enthusiasts and historians.

1. The Twelve Monuments – Reed & McKenney’s “Rocky Mountain Scenery,” Central City and Denver, c. 1875–79. The eroded sandstone hoodoos of Monument Park north of Colorado Springs, with a pine growing from the rock at left. Reed & McKenney operated only a few years before Charles Weitfle acquired the business, so this is a scarce Colorado Territory imprint. Yellow flat mount; image light with some spotting, corner wear. Best card of the group.
2. Mountain Scenery, Colorado, No. 223 – orange flat mount, publisher not stated, c. 1870s–80s. A snowfield-streaked peak rising above a still alpine lake. Faded, stain at lower right, edge wear.
3. Uncaptioned Colorado canyon view – orange flat mount, same period. Creek and wagon road winding below a steep pine slope with a rocky ridge beyond; reads as Clear Creek or Boulder Canyon. Sharp, well-toned image; corner wear.
4. Garfield Monument, Cleveland, Ohio, No. 4607 – Kilburn Brothers, Littleton, N.H. imprint on reverse, c. 1890, about when President Garfield’s tomb at Lake View Cemetery was dedicated. Heavily faded; salmon mount with foxing front and back.
